I have a question about my party
When does my deposit need to be paid by?
Until your deposit is paid, your party is not confirmed. We require the deposit to be promptly paid after sending you our booking invoice.
When is the Final balance needed by?
The final balance is due to be paid the week before the party date. This date will be stated in your party invoice.
Do I have to pay for car parking?
No, unless stated in the car park. The majority of Centres that we operate in do not require payment for car parking.
In some cases, you will need to register your car at the reception.
What happens if I need to cancel the party?
This information can be found in our booking and cancellation policy booklet we send you with your booking invoice.
What happens if TayPlay cancels the party?

Can the activity leaders deliver requested games? (i.e. pass the parcel)
This depends on the facility, but generally this can be arranged with notice. Please speak to a member of our team for more information.
can i bring an entertainer to my party? (face-painter, magician, princess etc.)
This depends on the facility, but generally this can be arranged with notice. Please speak to a member of our team for more information.
What extras can I add to my party?
We can provide a wide variety of extras including inflatables, soft play and our ever popular candy floss machine.
Can I select my venue and time?
We do our best to secure everyone's preferred venue & time. This isn't always possible due to the high demand and the facilities availability.
Can I select my own venue?
You certainly can! TayPlay can deliver parties in any suitable venue. However, we do have partnerships with multiple venues across the UK.
How far can I book in advance?
This depends on the facility but generally around 6 months in advance.
What do I need to provide for the party?
The only thing that you will need to provide for the party is the decorations (e.g. cups, plates, tablecloths and balloons).
Do we provide a speaker for music?
Yes! We provide a speaker for music and we can play a set playlist or you can connect your own device to play music of your choice.
When will I receive invites?
Yes, all invites will be sent out promptly via email once we have received your deposit.
What space would be provided?
This is dependant on the venue you have chosen but we will always provide a sports hall for your party and on occasion a separate room for catering.
What do the Activity Leaders do on the day of the party?
Everything! In order to give you peace of mind our Activity Leaders will set up, pack away and deliver the party, allowing you to sit back and enjoy.
How early can I arrive beforehand?
This depends on the facility but generally 30 minutes prior to the party start time.
